At QIDI Tech, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printers and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device is defective or does not meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined process for replacements and refunds.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Technical Evaluation
For hardware concerns, our engineers will provide a remote diagnostic to determine if the issue can be resolved with a firmware update or a simple replacement part before proceeding with a full return.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the printer in its original factory packaging, including all accessories and tools, and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
